How to correctly measure your head for the best fit

Find a piece of string if you don’t have string, a shoelace or ribbon can work too.
Wrap your string around your head, positioned above your ears & eyebrows - Imagine that the hat is sitting where you’re holding the string.
Find the end point by pinching the string where it wraps back around to meet at the starting point.
Measure the length of the string from starting point to end point against a ruler and note the measurement.
Look for the corresponding measurement on the chart to find your head size.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and may take up to 5 business days to assemble, package, and ship, depending on the volume of orders. Order processing during sales may take additional time.

We love Wallaroo hats and hope you do too! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Wallaroo Hat Company (WHC) is committed to customer satisfaction and will accept returns that meet our Return Requirements on products purchased on wallaroohats.us.

Return Requirements:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original packaging, with original tags and labels attached to be considered for a refund.
Items should be packed in the original shipping box or a box large enough to fit the hat properly. Hats should not be returned in a padded mailer or other type of envelope. If the item is not packed properly the return process will be voided.
Items found to be worn, stained, washed, damaged or otherwise altered will NOT be accepted for returns.
Removal of tags and labels qualify the item as being worn.
Once your return is initiated, a return shipping label will be processed and emailed to you for a charge of $9.95. This charge will be deducted from your return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
WHC is not responsible for any item that is not received or returned in accordance with our return policy.
WHC does NOT process exchanges. Please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order on wallaroohats.us.
For items that are damaged upon receipt of your order, please contact Customer Service directly.
We do not accept returns of Final Sale items. Final Sale items sent to WHC for returns will not be accepted and will be donated to charity.
